Position Summary:

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for oversight and performing work to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in buildings, factories, and other facilities. Coordinates the day-to-day operations of a crew, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts, and providing technical guidance on complex issues.

Hiring Requirements:

• Requires having and maintaining Master Electricians license in Massachusetts.
• Accreditation from technical/trades school, High school diploma, or GED, and additional specialized training required for licensing.
• Seven or more years' experience in industrial construction with two more in a supervisory role.
• Ability and willingness to perform duties as Corporate Master Electrician.
• Computer literacy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with estimating software.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work typical work schedule Monday - Friday, and act occasionally as on call emergency response subject matter expert.
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates to complete a given job.
• Perform duties that often change and varying construction job types: capital projects, renovations, new construction, etc.
