Position Summary
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will have the ability to work side by side with our Licensed Electricians and assist with main panel upgrades, electrical runs, tie ins, and assist with prepping/passing through electrical materials. This may include but not be limited to, learning and installing PV Systems.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be an ET card holder
- Contruction experience
- Previous solar experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
- experience in handling and maintaining basic hand and power tools used for installation
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Understanding of NEC codes

- Roofing/Electrical/construction experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented
Job Duties:
- Travel to and from job sites and building departments
- Learn how to perform electrical tie-ins and electrical runs
- Assist in performing main panel upgrades
- Learn how to perform the installation of PV systems
- Perform electrical tie ins and electrical runs
- Perform installation of PV systems
- Trenching
- Conduit bending
- Prepping materials for Electricians
Physical Demands:
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, work on residential rooftops, and able to work on your feet 8 hrs + daily
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)

Start Rate: $18-23/hr dependent on experience - up for discussion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
