Electric Drive Engineer - Minneapolis, MN
Position Summary:
The Electric Drive Engineer is responsible for support of electric drives used in mobile equipment reporting to engineering and support sales.
Responsibilities:
- Size and select electric drives and motors for off highway equipment.
- Develop and support system schematics for drives and accessories.
- Onsite validation and testing support for OEM customers.
- Assist in identifying new vendors to support drive applications.
- Internal account manager awareness and sales support
- Customer product training.
- Travel is estimated at 30% for customer visits, startup assistance for new prototype vehicles

Required Education and Experience:
- 2 year technical degree or 4 year engineering degree preferred.
- 2+ year’s of experience as Application Engineer or Technical Specialist developing and supporting drive solutions.
