Three years or more experience in working in a Behavioral Healthcare/Counseling/Hospital/Clinic environment that utilizes electronic health records. Highly capable in software application skills. Possess excellent presentation and training skills. Able to quickly learn and master the clinical/medical/programmatic workflows and documentation standards. Able to work in an independent work environment. Other qualifications include: (1) Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, (2) an ability to quickly learn and utilize electronic health records and provide assistance and training to management and end users, (3) assist the department in providing technical assistance, forms analysis, forms construction, and forms generation, and system maintenance in coordination and at the direction of the immediate supervisor and the Vice President, (4) the ability to quickly learn company policies, procedures, and processes, (5) the ability to multi-task complex functions and demands, (6) the ability to positively handle stress indigenous to the position, and (7) the possession of a team player orientation.Requirements:
