A small nursing education consulting firm seeks a part-time editorial assistant to manage healthcare industry content for publication and distribution through a variety of formats. The goal of the editorial assistant will be to edit and design technical deliverables, including papers, presentations, and consulting reports. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the ability to work from home.
Qualifications:
Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to clarify points while maintaining a professional tone appropriate for the intended audience.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and Survey Monkey preferred.
Ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Experience in piblishing, healthcare, or education industries preferred.
Responsibilities:
Edit, proofread, and format articles, blog posts, proposals, papers, and other documents for clarity, consistency, grammar, and punctuation.
Format and edit PowerPoint presentations and enhance content with appealing design.
Upload posts and refresh content on company website (WordPress).
Create and launch emails and maintain list (Mailchimp). .

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
