Job Summary

The E-Commerce Specialist will report to the E-Commerce Lead and E-Commerce Leadership. The incumbent will effectively perform job duties that constitute distribution of products or services. They must be able to support E-Commerce/Logistics teams to ensure safety, quality & productivity are maintained at the highest levels. E-Commerce Specialists are responsible for verifying proper work procedures, E-Commerce protocols and reporting methods are consistently followed at all times. You will be a part of a small and close team.

Primary Functions and Duties

• Print sample and ecommerce orders.

• Pull and inspect required product for orders.

• Package orders according to specifications.

• Process orders according to vendor and company guidelines.

• Replenish packaging material and product inventory bins.

• Adjust work schedule to meet E-Commerce, sample and warranty order demand.

• Effectively provides and promotes a "Safety First" culture in the workplace place.

• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Basic MS Office skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.

• Must be able to multitask.

• Strong math skills are required.

• Multilingual skills are preferred.

• Problem solving skills.

• E-Commerce/Logistics/Dispatch/Shipping experience required.

• Safety conscious.

Physical Demands

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer; reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear.
