For over two decades, we have provided private label/OEM hard and soft armor solutions to some of the largest defense companies and manufacturers for end use by military and law enforcement agencies globally because of our reputation for innovative technology, exceptional customer service, and superior quality performance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager with a keen eye for consumer trends. The successful candidate will be skilled at managing and communicating with team members, performing regular analysis of consumer data, and overseeing and facilitating the process of website design and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall eCommerce operations including order management, supply chain, inventory planning, systems integration, and customer service.
• Drive project initiatives, from an operational standpoint, for both known and unknown solutions that are identified to deliver growth to the eCommerce channel
• Performing competitive analysis on sites within their respective site portfolio
• Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
• Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes
• Formulate and analyze business strategies on digital platforms, to maximize the traffic transaction revenue
• Build, and run regular campaign-specific reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) alongside our marketing department as a coordinated effort.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Make critical decisions about the online store's business plans and strategies.
• Set the online store business goals in accordance with company policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, with 2+ years Paid Search experience
• 3+ years experience in e-Commerce sales and marketing
• 3+ years experience with a manufacturer selling products through B2B, B2C and B2G
• Experience with e-Commerce technology platforms and online marketplaces

• Ecommerce Benchmarks and best practices
• Ecommerce product flow and online store optimization

Location: Remote or Columbus, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
