Our collection includes modern basics, jeans, dresses, chic T’s as well as a stylish assortment of accessories, outerwear, and shoes. About this position:

The E-Commerce Logistics Manager is a part of our E-Commerce department reporting directly to the Director of E-Commerce. The role is responsible for leading e-commerce customer service and e-commerce fulfillment while supporting cross-functional departments such as warehouse receiving and allocations. You could say this position is “second in command” over the entire E-Commerce business, responsible for dozens of employees work performance, development, and continual improvement while driving revenue.

This is an ON-SITE position based in Draper, Utah. Candidate must be able to commute to Draper, Utah, regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple departments related to E-commerce in their day-to-day responsibilities including, but not limited to, customer service, product management, and order fulfillment.
• Coach team members to improve performance and productivity
• Track individual performance in order to provide individualized performance improvement plans that elevate employees performance
• Monitor and drive employee engagement
• Be a liaison between multiple departments to ensure all parties have the tools and resources to optimize financial results
• Develop benchmarks for performance expectations in various departments and ensure teams have the resources to win
• Utilize multiple e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, ShipStation, Warehouse OS, and others to analyze performance, trends and opportunities for improvement across multiple departments and channels
• Achieve revenue targets developed in partnership with Director of E-Commerce and company CEO

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in an e-commerce environment
• Proven success within a warehouse environment
• Well-versed in E-Commerce software such as Shopify, ShipStation, Warehouse OS, and Returnly
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Prior experience in women’s apparel retailing preferred but not required
• A personal work ethic that motivates others to achieve levels of success that they did not think possible
