Open Position: 12hr shifts: 8am- 8pm or 8pm – 8am
General Description:
- Follow all safety rules and wear required safety equipment
- Weigh and mix dyes and chemicals
- Fill machines with water, dyes, and chemicals
- Operator machine controls for proper dyeing
- Identify correct yarn type and count for dyeing
- Sample yarn, dry and condition
- Assist in loading yarn on carriers
- Assist in reviewing shade for proper match, add and adjust dyeing
- Weigh, mix, and apply flame retardant as needed
- Neutralize dye bath, drop, and rinse
- Load/unload dye machine
