- STARTING PAY RANGE: $16 - $19 PER HOUR PLUS TIPS!

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport, and assemble customers’ items, but this job isn’t just about heavy lifting! During moves you’ll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. As a mover or driver (we train), every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple: we are here to help our customers.
PAY AND BENEFITS
- HOURLY: Drivers start at $19 per hour; movers start at $16 per hour
- WEEKLY BONUS: Movers and drivers can earn up to an extra $1 per hour based on customer service scores - this is an extra $160+ monthly!
- TIPS: Do not forget about tips! These are BIG in the moving industry, and can equate to another $2 - $4 extra per hour!
- MONTHLY BONUSES: For great customer service and other internal competitions (can range from $100 - $500 monthly)
- Monthly team breakfast for reaching customer service goals
- Commission job opportunities for long distance moves (can average out to $20+ per hour)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
- Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
- Complete paperwork and payment collection
- Safely operate the truck
- Perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks
IDEAL MOVE HERO (a.k.a. REQUIREMENTS)
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and regular drug screens
- Valid driver's license
- Driver candidates must be 21 years or older due to insurance restrictions; mover candidates must be 18 years or older
- No experience necessary; we will provide the training needed to be successful
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English
- Basic math skills
- Experience in fields such as general labor, construction, warehouse, truck driving or moving helpful!
