Paws into Grace is seeking a driver for our growing pet aftercare operations in Escondido, California. Since 2007, Paws into Grace has been supporting families in all aspects of the end-of-life process. We collaborate with primary care veterinarians and specialists to provide in-home options for palliative care and end-of-life services.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive and pick up deceased pets at various locations, including veterinary practices and homes.

• Ability to lift 70+ pounds unassisted.

• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license, held for at least 9 years.

• Providing caring, professional service to pet parents, veterinarians, team members, and veterinary hospitals.

• Scheduling and returning cremains to pet families.

• Ensuring timely, professional communication with Paws’ clients, veterinarians, and team.

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

• Assisting our aftercare technicians with processing of the pets.

• Writing sympathy cards.

• Packaging cremains for return to clients.

Details and Qualifications:

• Part-time and full-time positions available.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to lift 100 to 150 pounds with assistance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
