Drafter

Advantage Resourcing is currently in search of Draftsperson who is self-motivated and passionate about the future! We are looking for someone who has a Drafting background and AutoCAD experience.

The perfect candidate would have the ability to work alongside the different roles in the facility and work well in a fast-paced environment. They must also have phenomenal leadership and interpersonal skills as well as be willing to handle other duties as needed working with mechanical design and assembly.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings/blueprints.
• Experience in Inventor 3D solids.
• Experience in AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs.
• Must be able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously without the need for micromanagement.
• Have Customer Service Skills

Job Responsibilities

• Development of operating manuals for our machinery.
• Preparation of assemblies, presentations, and manufacturing drawings.
• Provide technical support to design management and the engineering team.
• Interpret drawings and customer specifications into order or quotes.
• Build and customize designs in Inventor for manufacturing.

This is a Temp to Hire position and does offer 401K, Benefits and Paid time off after that period!
