ENTACT, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a DOT Compliance Manager. We are looking for a motivated team player who possesses expertise, drive, and willingness to manage the DOT and Titling requirements of a nationwide, large, diversified heavy equipment, trailer, and vehicle fleet. The selected candidate will function as part of ENTACT’s Equipment Management Group (EMG) in managing the on and off-road vehicles and trailers that require a title and registration.

The responsibilities of the DOT Compliance Manager include, but are not limited to:

· Ensuring DOT compliance of all on-road vehicles and trailers in every state in the US. Candidate must have a knowledge of or be willing to learn the DOT regulations of individual states where ENTACT is and will be working.

· Working with ENTACT’s accounting and tax compliance teams to manage titling and registration of purchased and converted assets. This may require travel to states that require retitling and registrations by an in-person representative.

· Ensuring that the correct registration paperwork and license plates are distributed to the correct ENTACT location and individual for proper compliance.

· Managing hard copies and electronic copies of titles, registrations, and any other documentation necessary for DOT compliance.

· Managing, ordering, and distributing all unit number decals, DOT decals and magnets to comply with DOT and ENTACT requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
