Our work environment includes:

• A brand new custom build facility 5 minutes North of Battle Lake
• A large grooming room fit for 2 groomers with 2 tubs, 2 tables, and a cage bank dryer system.
• A team that will help and support you and your growth goals

Our company is seeking a Dog Groomer to join our growing team of animal lovers and help make our customers' pets look great! The ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for dogs and dog grooming, and will be able to assist in grooming dogs and other similar spa services. This is a fast-paced position that will require the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills and a creative touch when it comes to pets.

Currently there is no other groomer withing 25 miles of this location. Closest groomers are in Perham, Fergus Falls, and Alexandria areas. You will not have a problem maintaining a full client list and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of grooming techniques.
• Work as part of a team.
• Work with difficult clients.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Be able to take initiative and follow through with projects.
• Be self-motivated and responsible.
• Have quality grooming skills and willingness to grow and learn.

Compensation:

• Pay will be based on experience and will directly be related to performance.
• We have 2 groomers full time in our Fargo location who would love to network with you and help you in any way that you need!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
