Responsibilities:

• Performing various tasks and operating equipment within the department while producing high-quality work delivered in a timely manner
• Receiving and processing work requests from various entry points and correctly transferring work to the next production step
• Accepting mail and materials for receipt into the company and staging or delivering mail, supplies, and materials in the proper location for distribution
• Cross training on other functions within the department
• Organizing and completing daily work goals and team project work
• Following departmental policies and procedures, training and best practices

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
• Proficient typing skills for fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instructions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people in a team atmosphere, as well as working independently
• Position requires successful completion of a credit history check
• May be required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 400 lbs.
• Position may involve bending, walking and/or standing for long periods of time
  
• Requires working one (1) Saturday a month (rotating)

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
