Responsibilities

• Experience with machinery boilers, air compressors, and chillers.
• The distillate production process, from grain selection all the way to the barrel
• Receiving – Receive orders for COGs materials; ensuring proper quality before accepting
• Distilling – operate column still with one doubler
• Blending – precise calculation, measurement, and process control in spirit blending
• Proofing – accurate calculation, measure, and process control for bottling and barreling
• Record keeping – maintain production logs of every process operation
• TTB and State filings- ability to handle all federal and state compliance and tax filings. Able to file CoLas and formulas.
• Software maintenance- whisky systems and like programs
• Cleaning and sanitizing – all equipment and production workspaces
• Maintenance of production equipment in con
• Manage raw ingredients inventories, schedule deliveries, and forecast production needs
• Comfortable with professional interaction with guests, PR and interviews.
• Bottling & Labeling Line- able to operate and recalibrate automatic bottling and labeling line.
• Flavor development and Sourcing. You
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to drive a fork-lift

This is a full-time position, with a compensation package that includes salary plus bonus based on experience.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be dependable, hardworking, detail oriented, team oriented, and professional
• Must be able to maintain concentration on product quality and in close proximity to moving equipment, steam, water, etc.
• Must be able to work closely with others on the production team and communicate with others as necessary to ensure safe work practices.
• Must comply with all production and safety policies
• Assist in maintaining all production equipment.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (able to use and understand software such as spreadsheets)
• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of pumps, pipes, etc. preferred
• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma/GED required
• English or bilingual preferred
• Willing/able to work weekends/overtime if necessary

Physical Requirements

-Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs

-Able to be on their feet for majority of the shift

-Able to work around hazardous materials (alcohol), steam, moving vehicles such as forklifts

-Able to work in potentially loud work environment

-Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments that include extreme cold, wet, or hot weather

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
