La Jefa is hiring!
We are an environmentally conscious, health-forward restaurant inside the Flannery Exchange in Uptown Palm Springs. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Dishwasher/Prep who shares our vision of serving excellent meals and libations to our enlightened establishment!
Responsibilities:
- Your mindset is: " Guest is #1 priority."
- Passion for guest service with an energetic and friendly demeanor
- Works well and organized under pressure
- In charge of keeping kitchen and equipment clean
- Assist in preparation of the food to company standards
- Put away and organize inventory/ clean walk in
- Wash/dry/restock all dishes /flatware/glasses from FOH service and the kitchen
- Assist other staff as needed

Schedule:
- Evening shift - Thursday thru Sunday - 3:30pm to around 11:00pm
- Holidays

Experience:
1-2 yrs. restaurant experience -preferred
License/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (Required)
