Iron Forge Brewing Company, located in the Great Smoky Mountains, is seeking an experienced and motivated Dishwasher/Prep Cook. Iron Forge Brewing Company is a new brewery passionate about creating exceptional beer and food experiences for our guests. Our mission is to provide high-quality, locally sourced food that complements our craft beer. Responsibilities:

• Prep work
• Wash all sliver, plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment
• Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties.
• Taking garbage and trash to dumpster area
• Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
• Assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally maneuver 165 lb. kegs w/ help from a dolly
• Work on your feet in a physically demanding environment for up to 8 hours a shift
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb ladder, etc. in an 8-hour day
