DO & CO is currently seeking Dishwashers to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate unloads, sorts, cleans and sanitizes plates, bowls, trays, silverware and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, keeps the dishwashing area clean and safe
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.
- Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine
- Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures.
- Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
- Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in a similar field preferred
