POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for preparing early disclosure documents known as the Loan Estimate and Change of Circumstances.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Assumes the responsibility for preparing the Loan Estimate within Encompass for consumer real estate loans
- General knowledge of regulatory documentation for Texas and Oklahoma consumer real estate loans.
- General knowledge of title commitments or lien searches.
- Performance Measurements
- Documentation and organization skills are current and well prepared
- Professional attitude and collaborative relationship with mortgage loan originators and processors within the entire financial franchise.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Mortgage production software, i.e.: Encompass, Point, or MortgageBot

Prior experience in a financial institution helpful; Encompass experience a plus
