As Director, People Team, you will lead, grow, and develop a team of operational experts focused on bringing value to RH through the implementation and enhancement of our systems automation, compliance, relocation & people analytics. You will work in close partnership across all People functions and broader RH organizations in direct support of furthering our Vision, Values, and Beliefs. Success will mean using data to gain valuable insights that will help inform how RH maximizes our investment in people.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
  • Build a world-class experience for people, leaders, and partners across RH through continuous innovation and improvement of People Operations
  • Lead a team partnering closely with all parts of RH to ensure seamlessly integrated People practices, systems and requirements
  • Drive the development of People systems, tools, and practices to ensure all programs support and advance RH’s upcoming international business growth
  • Provide consultation on Operations related topics and programs for both leaders and People Team colleagues
  • Derive insights from data to support decision-making, and clearly present/communicate complex ideas and solutions
  • Act as a champion of the RH culture, always mindful of how practices and programs can continue to strengthen how our associates live our Vision, Values and Beliefs
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with RH’s executive leadership teams regarding direction, programs, policies, and performance cycles

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Global HR expertise, with 5-7+ years at a senior-leadership-level driving and building People Operations in multinational organizations
  • A reputation and track record for building exceptional people systems, processes and experiences
  • Ability to interface cross-departmentally with colleagues and partners using well developed communication skills
  • Exceptional, documented and demonstrated leadership capability – a role model and a coach in supporting the development and advancement of talent on the People Operations team
  • Fueled by curiosity, data and technology in support of a truly digital and effortless colleague experience
