Availability: Full Time (Monday - Friday 40 hours a week)

Behavior Frontiers is an industry leader in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment for autism and other special needs. We are on a continuous journey to explore, assess, and develop only the highest quality ABA treatments and solutions delivered by best-in-class clinical professionals. We are rapidly expanding and seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embark on a meaningful journey in one of the fastest growing fields in healthcare. Our Director of Talent Acquisition position plays a critical role in our company and we need an individual with great leadership and written & verbal communication skills, 5+ years of management experience, and 10+ years of talent acquisition experience to lead our recruiting team.

How you will help create a World Without Limits:

  • Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management
  • Develops and enhances the company's recruiting model, strategy, and programs to deliver on current and future hiring needs
  • Developing, coaching and motivating team to achieve established goals
  • Works to design and deliver innovative and adaptive talent acquisition strategies, in partnership with business leaders and HR Team
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding hiring and retention goals for the company. This position is also responsible for employment branding, labor market research, enabling technology and digital acquisition solutions
  • Identifies key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
  • Creates and deploys strategic recruitment techniques and improves retention through strategic plans and employee engagement
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • 5+ years of management (preferably leading a team of 5 or more
  • Previous experience at director level highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in related field
  • Strong track record demonstrating superior ability to source and attract top talent, assess capability for both technical and interpersonal fit, negotiate offers and deliver well qualified candidates
  • Experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing ATS and other recruitment related software
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a productive team
  • Experience using a broad range of sourcing techniques, including data mining, advertising, direct research, social media, etc.
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining documented processes
  • Mindset of continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong supervisor and leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use metrics and analytics to identify areas of success and areas for improvement as well as drive team performance
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
