Brighton Place San Diego is looking to hire a Director of Staff Development. We are a skilled nursing facility located in San Diego. This is a great opportunity to help us strengthen the culture and apply your leadership ability.
Must have DSD certification and 2 years experience as DSD.
Duties include:
- Host orientation for new staff
- Provide training for nursing staff
- Keep updated health and CEU logs for employees
- Work closely with Management Team and Staffing Coordinator
- Follow guidelines and regulations (Title 22), etc.
