Rehab Director - In-house Opportunity at Renaissance Center for Nursing and Healing.

A growing Rehab organization in the industry, Rehab Advisors a division of Tender Touch Rehab Services and provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to in-house Skilled Nursing Facilities across the country. Our dedicated therapists combine their expertise and extensive knowledge to improve our patient’s care.
To support our rapid growth and commitment to quality care, Rehab Advisors is actively seeking an experienced Rehab Director to join our team’s in-house team. Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, compassion, and provide quality care to the patients whom we treat. Highlight of Responsibilities:

• Supervise all members of the rehab team.
• Attend care plan meetings as indicated by the facility and regional manager.
• Ensure clinical programs of all disciplines are running smoothly.
• Assist in developing and implementing new programs as needed.
• Ensure screening policies are operating and compliant.
• Ensure documentation is completed and filed promptly and that chart audits are completed.
• Ensure rehab staff compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with an MS, MA, Doctorate, BS, BA, or Associate degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable).
