Silver Birch of Evansville is looking to add a passionate, dedicated Director of Nursing & Wellness to our team!
The DONW is the clinical leader in the community ensuring that the care team is providing first class service to our residents and be Inspiring Purposeful Lives for All. This is an opportunity to lead and develop a team of clinical professionals (LPN, QMA, CNA) while being hands-on with Silver Birch residents, families, and potential residents.

The successful DONW will hold LPN or RN credentials that are in good standing in the State of Indiana, two (2) or more years of experience working with seniors, hold valid CPR and First Aid certifications, the ability to work a flexible schedule as community demands require, strong written and oral communication skills. While not required we prefer that the successful candidate hold a BSN-RN, previous experience in Assisted Living including a working knowledge of Residential Care regulations, and previous supervisory experience.
