Director of Nursing, RN

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Valid Licensed Registered Nurse license
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain nursing policies and procedures.
  • Assist in establishing criteria and monitoring performance to assure that services provided meet established standards of quality care.
  • Will be overseeing and evaluating all nursing personnel (registered nurses, LPN etc.)
  • Help coordinate nursing/nurse aide schedules and guide staffing procedures
  • Help carry out objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
  • Enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
