NOW HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the DON in maintaining the standards of resident care and advising the medical staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to nursing services. This person will assist the Director of Nursing in establishing policies interpreting policies according to the standards of nursing practice, and general staff development.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing.
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in long-term care required
  
• Previous management experience is highly preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical/religious exemption
• Knowledgeable of standards of care and practices applicable to the delivery of geriatric services, complex medical conditions, and multiple medical diagnoses, including preventive measures, rehabilitation, and promoting independence.
