Benhaven is currently seeking a new Director of Individual & Family
Services who reports directly to the Executive Director

• Provide leadership and oversight to clinicians and staff.
• Incorporate Benhaven's mission into the work done by IFS. Set goals and program strategies with staff.
• Review and evaluate progress and implementation of individual service plans
• Develop and manage the IFS budget
• Provide direction, as appropriate, to all staff working for the IFS Program.
• Be a mentor and advisor to all staff and ensure a steady pipeline for new staff.
• Survey families to determine program satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide ongoing supports to all staff and participants.
• Work with various state agencies which provide funding, including interaction with case managers to address any program concerns
• Meet program requirements for the various funding sources.
• Review and monitor participant’s individual budgets.
• Complete annual evaluations for Clinicians and Office Manager.
• Recruit new participants to the program.
• Advocate for individuals and their families seeking services with funding sources and the Legislature
• Recruit, interview and assign new direct support staff.
• Attend internal and external meetings as needed.
• Organize events and outings for IFS participants.

Qualifications: To be considered, master’s degree from an accredited institution, progressive social/ human service experience including 5-7 years of social service/ nonprofit leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge of autism and developmental disabilities is highly required.

Salary is dependent on experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
