We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Customer Service to lead and revolutionize our customer service department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, and a proven track record of implementing successful systems and processes that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer service experience and ensure that our customers receive timely, accurate, and effective responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives that promote best practices and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Monitor customer feedback and conduct regular analyses to measure and report on the success of customer service initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets for the customer service department

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful customer service strategies and initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of customer service representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments

Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year depending on experience + unlimited growth opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
