Director of Craft Associates

ENTACT, LLC is hiring a key individual to lead, direct and manage our non-union Craft Associates and Recruiting function across the organization. This is a highly visible position within the company and a key hire.

We have a labor force of 600+ heavy equipment operators, drivers, and laborers. We require experience in project-based, nationwide recruiting of craft workers, ideally with some field experience, and with a strong ability to communicate at all levels of the company.

This person partners with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top craft talent for the organization.

Job duties will vary based on the strengths of the successful candidate but may include:

· Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing requirements, source and prescreen candidates, interview and prepare offers.

· Sell ENTACT’s corporate and “safety-first” culture to engage and recruit top talent

· Ensure recruiting efforts are executed to support diversity and inclusion in our workforce

· Liaison with Field Managers, Project Managers, Project Directors, and Leadership to anticipate and plan for current and future recruiting activities.

· Balance current staffing levels with anticipated projects and future recruiting requirements.

· Maintain a program that incorporates forecasting increases and decreases, lead time for employees to be on-board and trained as required by position to be “fully operational.”

· Implement and oversee creative strategies to recruit labor talent, i.e., job fairs, employee referrals, employment centers, referrals, military recruiting pipelines

· Be familiar with the spectrum of online recruiting tools and websites to locate and utilize targeted recruiting opportunities

· Excellent coaching and consulting skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision or direction

· Strong written and oral communications with diverse audiences, personalities, and styles

· 10-15 years of project-based nationwide craft recruiting required or applicable industry experience.
