The Director of Clinical Operations for Jukebox Health will be responsible for growing and supporting a national network of independent contractor OTs well versed in gerontology and home modifications. We are looking for an experienced manager of OTs who is passionate about helping older adults.


At Jukebox, our mission is to help older adults age in place for as long as they would like by making their homes safer and more accessible. We do this by combining occupational therapist-led home safety assessments with affordable, CAPS-certified home renovations personalized to each older adult's situation.

About the Role

The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and support of a national network of independent contractor OTs. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and onboarding OTs
  • Train OTs on Jukebox's proprietary software tools for conducting home safety checkups
  • Provide ongoing support to OTs, including coaching and mentorship
  • Coordinate with OTs to assess the needs of individual clients, develop customized home safety modification plans
  • Ensure that OTs are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any areas of improvement in the clinical operations process

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in occupational therapy, as well as experience in management and leadership. We are seeking an excellent communicator with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with therapists and other team members.


About You

The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:

  • OT registration and licensure required

  • Prior experience recruiting and managing other OTs

  • Some experience or formal certificate in home modifications (CAPS, ECHM, CLIPP, AOTA Home Modifications Online Badge) would be a big plus

  • Other OTs respect and trust you, and seek out for advice
