Horizon Health Care is seeking a full-time Director of Clinical Operations. The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day clinical operations and delivery of clinical services across all services lines and sites of Horizon Health Care, Inc. The Director will be primarily responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and quality of clinic services at all clinic sites, including direct supervision of service line managers. The Director will lead efforts to improve quality outcomes and clinic operations in a way that contributes to staff and patient satisfaction and improved staff and patient experience. The Director of Clinical Operations will lead and facilitate key processes to ensure integration across all service lines and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve goals and objectives established by Horizon Health Care, Inc.

• Position may be remote with travel required to all Horizon Health Care locations. College degree or equivalent work experience in a healthcare setting, 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
