WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Build and execute global campaigns targeting employer benefits and health plan audiences.
  • Identifying meaningful campaign objectives and determining the channel marketing mix for each campaign through rigorous testing of messaging, content, advertising, design, and media channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of large-scale and micro campaigns across the GTM team.
  • Orchestrate campaigns that span across each stage in the client journey through effective storytelling and education using tools like Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and various ABM tools.
  • Continually A/B test messaging to optimize nurture programs and campaigns for driving leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Report and communicate metrics and KPIs from campaign initiatives and as well as insights gleaned from testing new media channels, content formats, and audience targeting.
  • Project manage creative designs and assets such as content, advertising, social posts, landing pages, videos, and email offers.

ABOUT YOU
  • 7+ years experience with executing marketing campaign, demand generation methodologies, real-time content marketing, and digital/social marketing
  • Experience running advertising, paid social, lead generation, and awareness campaigns
  • Desire to learn new marketing technology and find answers and insights to unlock areas for demand generation
  • Ability to think strategically and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
  • You are obsessed with measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and motivated by ambitious goals.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketo
  • Proven experience developing engaging assets working across multiple partners and business units
  • Self-starter who can build rapport with cross-functional teams remotely and passionate about our mission to free 2 billion people from physical pain.
