Good morning. My name is Federico with First Step Therapy. You applied with our company in the past.

Case #1 Looking for HHA FOR A 12 HR SHIFT ON SUNDAY, 8 HRS MONDAY AND TUESDAY.

$$ Bonus $300 after 30 days. Pay raise after 90 days for this case.

The case is near Canoe Creek Rd, Saint Cloud FL.

Lovely family and safe area. 10 year old special needs child who needs assistance with feeding, diaper change, and ADL. The child is non verbal but communicates by pointing to her needs. The child can walk with assistance. Requires supervision at all times. Child does go to school. Early release from school is Wednesday.

-Child weighs 60 pounds.

-Must be able to lift child from floor to bed or wheel chair.

-Take child for walks out side, read stories and play with child.

-Will provide training

-MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH

Case #2

Case is located in St Cloud. for 11 yo girl. Just need help with ADL.

BOTH CASES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE TO MAKE 40 HRS A WEEK

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide medically necessary assistance with activities

Services of daily living (ADL) and age appropriate instrumental activities of daily living

(IADL) that enable the recipient to accomplish tasks that they would normally

be able to do for themselves if they did not have a medical condition or

disability.

• Eating (oral feedings and fluid intake);

• Bathing;

• Dressing;

• Toileting;

• Transferring; and

• Maintaining continence (examples include taking care of a catheter or

colostomy bag or changing a disposable incontinence product when the

recipient is unable to control his bowel or bladder functions).

• Personal hygiene;

• Light housework;

• Laundry;

• Meal preparation;

-Transportation;

• Grocery shopping with parent if minor;

• Medication remind management; and

Minimum Qualifications:

Eligible to legally work in the United States. Ability to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.Be at least 18 years of age Ability to read, write and speak English.1 year previous experience working in a medical, nursing home, child care setting and/or with persons who have Developmental Disabilities.Ability to successfully complete background check. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50lbs, walk, bend, turn in the knees, back, wrists and shoulders, grasp with both hands, work on feet for extended periods of time. Be willing to be trained on administering medication. Able to work assigned schedule and accommodate shift changes to meet client to staff ratio.
