Direct Support Professional (Full-time, 3p-11p shifts)

RHD Evergreen is open and hiring for Full-Time Direct Support Professionals in the Lehigh Valley area. Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting adults with disabilities to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
Full-time hours can range from 30 to 40 hours weekly.
Looking to fill Full-time 3p-11p shifts, shifts will possibly have a weekend day or can be a wrap-around weekend shift.
Sign-on bonus of $500 full-time.
Option1: 40hrs Easton Tues to Sat 3p-11p
Option2: 40hrs Allentown/Bethlehem Sun, Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat 3p-11p
Option3: 32hrs Bethlehem Sun to Wed 3p-11p
Option4: 40hrs Breiningsville,PA Sun to Thurs 3p-11p
Option5: 40hrs Allentown Sun to Thurs 3p-11p
Option6: 40hrs Allentown Tues to Sat 3p-11p

Responsibilities/Duties
  • Support individuals with disabilities in the activities of their daily life
  • Advocate for the dignity and rights of every individual
  • Promote development and outcomes as outlined in the individual care plan
  • Support access to community resources
  • Uphold the RHD mission, vision, and values

Required Experience
Two weeks of paid training is provided and must be completed in full.

Required Education
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED

Required Qualifications
Have a current, valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Starting Pay Rate
17.50-18.50
