Job description
Compensation:
- $18.00/Hour.
- $11.15/Hour + $6.85/Hour Charting completion bonus
- $27.00/Hour for Over Time. $16.73/Hour + $10.28/Hour charting completion bonus
- $27.00/Hour for Holidays $16.73/Hour + $10.28/Hour charting completion bonus (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Xmas Day, and New Year's Day).

Locations:
This client has residential group homes all throughout KC, MO. area. The Headquarters for this company is located on Hickman Mills Drive, however, your work site will be elsewhere. In order to identify the Group Home, you will be placed into we identify where you are in the KC area, and how far you are willing to commute, and based on that information you will be assigned a home that fits the parameters you provided.
- Serving the autistic community and individuals with maladaptive behaviors and intellectual developmental disorders.
- Provide behavioral therapy to help each client improve and become more independent.
- Use techniques taught by BCBAs to implement individual programs.
- Mainly working with ages 18-35 (no cap on ages that are offered help).
- Teach basic life skills and assist with day-to-day living.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Have a true desire to help people.
- Have patience and be understanding.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be resilient - This job can be very demanding at times but it is also very rewarding.
- Clean background check.
- Driver's License in good standing.
