As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will assist individuals with disabilities with the following:
- Informed choice making
- Self-advocacy
- Life skill development (Meal preparation/personal hygiene/medication administration)
- Relationship building
- Community participation
- Developing independence & a positive self-image (Implementation of Lifestyle, Nursing & Behavioral Plans)
- Ensuring health & safety of clients and coworkers
LIFE Inc. has been providing supports throughout RI for more than thirty-five years and provides residential and day program services for adults with disabilities in:
- Barrington
- Bristol
- Cranston
- East Providence
- Middletown
- Tiverton
- Warren
Here’s what your LIFE could look like:
- Full-time, part-time & fill-in positions available on 1st, 2nd, and overnight shifts
- Up to $21.00/hr.
- Step increases for length of service
