As a DSP, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

You will be joining a passionate community of professionals and staff who support each other in a diverse and rewarding work culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with daily living and help them achieve their goals
• Coordinate, plan and implement programs
• Provide support, instruction, and written plans

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: Starting rateof $15.10 - $15.70 per hour (depending on experience, location and position) and up to $17.10 - $17.70 per hour within one year, based upon completing required Growth Ladder training

What We Require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• New York State Driver’s License preferred
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
