Job title: Direct Support Professional – caregiver to help support individuals (adult males).

We seek an experienced direct support caregiver to help support individuals with their daily needs. As a Direct Support professional, you'll be a part of positively impacting our clients' lives. The wage starts at $17.50/hr.
- Work with one or two individuals on a 1:1/1:2 basis.
- Administer medication.
- Documenting daily activities.
- Behavior management.
- Hygiene care.
- Toileting.
- Use company vehicles to transport individuals.
- Housekeeping.
- Cooking.
- Assisting with daily life tasks.

Location & Hours:
Kindred Supports owns two group homes in the South Metro, Lakeville and Burnsville, MN. We seek an individual who can work PART-TIME evening hours.
Monday: 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday: 3:15 pm - 9:00 pm
Wednesday: 3:15 pm - 9:00 pm
Friday: 3:15 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (every other)
Due to the level of support we provide, the following qualifications need to be met by all applicants.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a Valid Driver's license to operate the company vehicle.
- Pass DHS background study.
- Experience with behavior management and de-escalation knowledge preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
