Direct Care - Assisted Living & Memory Care Pay & Schedule availability:
- $15.00-$17.00 per hour
- *$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*
- 8 hour shifts available: 6a-2:30p & 10p-6:30a
- Every other weekend
- Rotating Holiday's

Direct Care - Assisted Living & Memory Care Qualifications:
- Wellness Assistant Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Wellness Assistant experience: six months experience in a long term care/senior living environment preferred but not required.
- STNA License accepted but not required.
- All candidates must have a clean background check and drug screen.
Direct Care - Assisted Living & Memory Care Responsibilities:
- Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
- Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care
- Assists resident with range of motion exercises
- Provides for personal care and comfort
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members and facility staff
- Provides direct and indirect resident care services
- Meets the communication needs of resident and family
- Communicates to the nursing team changes in resident's clinical condition
- Performs other tasks as assigned
