Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be integral to introducing "Walkolution powered by Woodway" to the North American and Mexico markets. Walkolution is a new and innovative walking-desk treadmill manufactured in Germany.

• This role will encompass management and direction of Walkolutions rapidly growing eCommerce activities via Shopify Plus (enterprise version of Shopify).
• Strategizing, planning, development and execution of promotional materials.
• Monitoring performance analytics and product performance.
• Implementation, monitoring, and scaling campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (including Google Shopping, Google Native Ads and YouTube).
• Working with external partners and parties.

Responsibilities:

• Organize all aspects of our strategic e-commerce plan in the USA / Canada and Mexico. Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for our American customer base.
• Continually develop and improve our e-Commerce website on your own and with external developers and create a world-class user experience.
• Participate in building a team of e-commerce professionals who can effectively assist in the development and implementation of creative e-commerce solutions.
• Own and manage marketing automation solutions, social media integration, SEO, and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.
• Identify, develop and leverage new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current brand offering.
• Identify paid and unpaid media partnerships, select influencers and build good working relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Seasoned digital retail market professional with extensive B2C and possibly some B2B experience.
• Extensive knowledge of eCommerce technologies and tactics.
• Data-savvy individual with the ability to stay on top of issues and recommend new directions as needed.
• Self-starter who does not require supervision and is able to work with and without a team.
• Proven track record of developing, implementing, and sustaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies.
