HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Digital Marketing Specialist role will support the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels attract traffic to the company website and promote online presence. The incumbent’s primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the Sales, Client Service, and Technology teams to understand the audience and objectives for each assigned digital marketing initiatives. The role will also assist in leading and the planning and execution of email marketing, mobile marketing, and content promotion. The ideal incumbent will be highly enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiative.
General Responsibilities

  • Assist with SEO/SEM projects and tasks
  • Provide support for new digital marketing projects/initiatives as necessary
  • Develop, curate and deploy compelling content to attract visitors and promote Millennium Trust
  • Collect and analyze online statistics to optimize our website
  • Identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance
  • Assist in digital weekly calls, recommend tests for campaigns, and work with business lines to gather copy and creative
  • Overall implementation across the public websites

Paid Media Management and Support

  • Actively partner with the Marketing team and agency partners to develop and execute paid search and social media plans for respective business lines
  • Develop test plans that allow for rapid iteration, monitor results, and communicate to cross functional teams, including campaign budget pacing, bid optimizations, A/B Split testing, and monthly reporting
  • Set up paid media campaigns: develop keyword lists, create ad groups, write ads, set up targeting and create audience segments with paid search platforms
  • Identify paid search, social trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop meaningful ways to implement into campaign strategies to drive ROI
  • Work closely with assigned agencies, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure all tracking is in place and is working properly
  • Provide continuous analysis and performance reporting on digital media investment and recommendations for new opportunities across different paid channels
  • Track advertising campaigns, reporting against performance, and work closely with the agency partners to identify areas of improvement and adjustments to optimize campaigns in real time
  • Manage data hygiene across all channels to ensure proper UTM tracking

Marketing Automation Support and Execution

  • Work closely with Marketing business lines to execute on campaigns that are built on the Marketing Automation platform
  • Help build the strategy and execute in all marketing channels (e.g. email, push, social, paid, media and other developing channels), especially in mobile messaging products (push, preference center, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field
  • Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads and paid social media platforms preferred
  • 3-5 years of applicable experience
  • Familiarity with various analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) to monitor return on investment of media buys, competitor data and ROI
  • Experience with Content Management Systems for website (Adobe Experience Manager, Druple, etc)
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and project managing several stakeholders
  • Ability to create, execute, manage, and analyze a variety of paid search and social media campaigns across multiple business lines
  • Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skill set, with the ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
  • Experience managing campaign deadlines and communicating performance and ROI across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively with a willingness to experiment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketing Automation Tools
  • Familiarity with various analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) to monitor return on investment of media buys, competitor data and ROI
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technology and digital product savvy
