The Digital Marketing Manager is integral to the success of Xome. They will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of our digital marketing program, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, and display and social media advertising to help grow traffic, engagement, and conversions on Xome.com and our consumer apps.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work with a team of passionate marketers who are focused on delivering an exceptional experience for customers and strong results for our business, while closely partnering with stakeholders throughout the company including leadership, creative, product, engineering, and legal team members, to execute campaigns in support of acquisition, retention, and engagement goals, while iterating for continuous improvement and maintaining the overall health of our digital marketing channel.
The successful candidate:
  • Has exceptional technical digital marketing skills and can effectively plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels.
  • Has diverse digital expertise in SEM, SEO, conversion optimization, social media marketing, and eCommerce.
  • Will be responsible for creating and executing personalized, relevant, and timely multi-channel, full-funnel digital marketing strategies to increase ongoing engagement and revenue-driving campaign strategies.
  • Will be responsible for the technical backend support of digital marketing campaigns in partnership with our engineering and analytics teams.
  • Will constantly optimize against KPIs through the development of a continuous test and learn program.
  • Utilizes analytical and testing skills to report on channel performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Will identify and collaborate on idea generation for ways to improve existing marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Has in previous roles owned the execution of campaigns holistically with an eye to driving measurable impact, while always keeping focus on the customer experience.
  • Has high energy and the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Works well under pressure and in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing.
  • Has a track record for delivering under tight deadlines.
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities include:
  • Ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution in partnership with internal and external partners.
  • Creation and management of paid campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Creation of daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting to the marketing team and leadership in partnership with our internal analytics team.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns and individual tactic performance and making recommendations for improvements, testing, and optimization.
  • Research and forecast performance trends, the competitive landscape, and budget needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years experience in a digital marketing role in a data-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, tactics, and tools.
  • Digital channel expert on top of all the latest ad platform algorithm changes.
  • Experience managing a paid media agency and budget.
  • Successful track record in creating coherent digital strategies, from conception to execution and reporting.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Solid organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to build new processes and innovate with minimum guidance.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to anticipate, future plan, understand and plan around dependencies, and be prepared to pivot and ready with a plan b when necessary.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfortable deriving insights and making data-driven decisions from large data sets.
  • Self-starter with ability to seek out opportunities, create an action plan and see it through to execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certifications in Google Adwords and other social media certifications.
  • Experience using third-party marketing tools and web-based applications such as Google Analytics, Customer Data Platforms (Interaction Studio, Fulcrum, etc.), Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Semrush, etc.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Hyper-organized with the ability to prioritize, and quickly reprioritize, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has strong analytical and communication skills including storytelling with PowerPoint and data crunching with Excel.
  • Experience in real estate or financial services.
