This position will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and funnels in multiple capacities for the B2B and D2C sites. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day digital media activities, campaign planning, implementation, and performance review. Interpret results from digital media metrics to optimize campaigns and help drive engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the delivery of the revenue-impacting marketing programs aligned with our brands strategy and initiatives.
  • Implements, tracks, monitors, and reports on our brands digital marketing campaigns for DTC and B2B.
  • Interpret the results from the digital media metrics and take action to increase the effectiveness of digital media campaigns.
  • Ensure the campaigns and run-on time and within planned budget achieving the best results.
  • Work with marketing team and agency to plan, implement, manage budget, and report on digital marketing campaigns for both DTC and B2B initiatives across the organization on a variety of digital media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising and Display Advertising
  • Identify any issues, concerns, trends, or significant changes in campaign performance and communicate feedback weekly to the team
  • Coordinate ad creative, ad formats, audiences, etc. for optimal ad performance with our agency partners and work with the brand teams to ensure proper campaign setup and implementation of testing initiatives to improve efficiency and results of campaigns.
  • Review and editing of creative copy; titles and descriptions
  • Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research.
  • Managing relationships with search engines, partners, and vendor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, PR, or related field or equivalent experience required
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media that delivered growth.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Well-formed collaboration skills.
  • Effective creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, results oriented, and decision-making skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, and Display advertising.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to see projects through from beginning to end. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,538.10 - $105,119.10 per year
