Enforces the rules and regulations related to the provision of health care and safety of patients and to the protection of their personal and property rights. Plans, organizes, and directs those responsibilities delegated by the Facility Administrator.

Qualifications

1. Nursing Degree (RN)

2. A minimum of 1 to 3 years in a healthcare dialysis position and 1-2 years experience in nursing care of an ESRD patient.

3. Current RN license for state of practice.

4. Current CPR certification.

7. Uses all facilities, supplies, and equipment pertaining to Coryell Health with due care and in a cost-effective manner.

8. Demonstrates awareness of fire and safety policies.

9. Adheres to infection control and body substance isolation policies.

10. Attends staff development programs to augment skills and promote professional personal growth.

11. Reports to work in a timely manner as per facility hours of operation and established individual work schedules.

12. Maintains and demonstrates a professional attitude and demeanor as a representative of Coryell Health in all interactions with co-workers, patients, referral sources and other clientele of the companies.

13. Employee contributes to the fulfillment of Coryell Health’s mission of corporate compliance by demonstrating, consistent adherence to the Standards (Codes) of Conduct and Compliance Plan policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities

Employment Management:

1. Participate in staff and patient scheduling, and report to Facility Administrator on staff performance.

2. Under the direction of the Facility Administrator, conducts staff evaluations, and/or counseling of facility staff per policies and procedures.

3. Collaborates with the Facility Administrator to ensure that the facility employs the number of qualified personnel needed, that all employees have appropriate orientation to the facility and are advised on work responsibilities upon employment; and that they have an opportunity for continuing education and related staff development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
