Acts as developer on project/work teams collaborating effectively with other project team members. Executes development tasks based on the guidance provided by managers or lead developers. Responsible for development and de
livery tasks as well as ongoing operation of assigned applications.

This is a hybrid/in-office position. The successful applicant may reside in Cleveland/Akron, OH; Minneapolis Area of MN; or Tampa Bay Region of FL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, responsible to:
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
- Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
- Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain programs.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
EXPERTISE:
- Experience developing software from design specifications with minimal assistance and able to manage code in a team environment.
- Proficient in unit testing and other quality assurance activities.
- Competent to work on most phases of application systems analysis and programming.
EXPERIENCE:
Typically has 2-5 years of relevant experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Web application and/or service development experience, preferably with Microsoft technologies such as C#.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core and Typescript or Javascript

Experience with MS SQL Server 2008 or higher
-
Troubleshooting abilities in the listed technologies

Experience with tools such as: source control (GIT, TFS), change control, code review, code quality and/or security scan

Experience designing and developing with Javascript frameworks (Angular) and the NPM ecosystem preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields;
or equivalent work experience.
Communication and Interpersonal skills:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

At a minimum, the ability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Consistent attendance is required, which may include occasional attendance at after-hour Company events.

Ability to accept supervision.

Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.

Must be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the company.

Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
