Summary

Responsible for timely and thorough review of all incoming Design Committee Application Forms submitted by MTA homeowners for improvements to the exterior of their property, including the issuance of approval/disapproval letters, MTA Design Permits, and follow-up inspections of approved modifications. Works with the Covenants Specialists in observing and monitoring violations to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR) and Design Committee Rules (DCR).

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting Codes and Regulations.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must possess the ability to read and evaluate blueprints and/or other submitted documentation relating to proposed modifications.
• Two (2) years related experience preferred.
