The Depot Coordinator ensures all routes are checked in and the drivers' invoices are reconciled at the end of the day to ensure that the customers are getting the products that have been ordered and the money received matches the invoices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.

• Visually inspect all cases unloaded to determine their condition. Be aware of code dates.

• Check in any product returned by the driver.

• Verify all drivers’ paperwork against what is in system and make any adjustments.

• Ensure all drivers are following company policies and procedures for recon.

• Ensuring all checks received are deposited and match with recon spreadsheet.

• Verify certain accounts’ DSD’s quantity and dollar amount matches the invoices.

• Submit tickets, as required.

• Scan accounts receivables and route checks daily to be submitted to the bank for deposit and verify the balance sent to the bank balances with the tape total.

• Assist with other accounts receivables requests as needed.

• Close out End of Day Report by doing Register and emailing reports.

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• PC literate with Windows (Word and Excel)

• PC literate with Outlook Email

• Proficient with calculator

• Ability to work with others
