A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEPOSIT SUPPORT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

As a Deposit Support Services Associate, you are responsible for Facilitating customer calls and processing initial customer account inquiries for checking and savings accounts and miscellaneous inquiries into the bank. Redirect calls as appropriate. You will review and forward messages from the Deposit Support Services night mailbox on a daily basis. It is important to listen to customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services and provide consumer Online Banking support including password resets and debit card assistance in this role. You are always friendly and patient, always providing the exceptional customer service that we are known for. You get great satisfaction out of going above and beyond for customers and giving excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DEPOSIT SUPPORT SERVIES ASSOCIATE

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year prior customer service experience required. One year prior banking experience preferred.
• Must have data entry/keyboard experience with a working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications.
