Come help us startup a $1.1 billion state-of-the-art manufacturing plant producing everyone’s favorite peanut butter & jelly sandwich, Uncrustables.

In this role you will:
- Be responsible for all production of Uncrustables sandwiches.
- Develop capability and leadership characteristics in Technical Leaders, Area Leaders, and Operations Process Engineers
- Be responsible for meeting Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Cost targets for plant operations.
- Work with all plant functions and departments to ensure production needs are met.
- Lead and teach complete understanding of overall plant product flow including all inputs and outputs.
- Manage and leverage relationships with R&D and corporate engineering.
- Identify, track, and eliminate losses from the operation and lead in solving issues to root cause and implement improvements.
- Manage capital projects to improve Operations measures in the areas of Safety, Quality, production efficiencies, and capacity growth.
- Set plant direction by contributing to the Plant Leadership team.
- Administer any necessary discipline.
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the operation.

What we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; an Engineering or Technical degree is preferred
- Manufacturing experience is required, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated experience in building a high-performance work culture and systems is preferred
- Excellent Communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience leading, teaching and coaching others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience directing and managing vendors
